Ukraine’s first cottage complex of the premium segment, laureate of the Grand Prix of the competition “The Best Cottage Town” from 2007 to 2016 of All-Ukrainian independent competition "Cottage Town of the Year."

The undoubted advantages of the Complex are its unique natural landscape with a forest area and a picturesque lake, a favorable location and excellent transport accessibility.

The complex is located in an ecologically clean area of the Kiev region, not far from the village Ivankovichi, 11 km from Kyiv. Lies equidistant between two routes: Obukhiv and Odessa highways, which due to their modern coverage and high carrying capacity are considered to be the best in Ukraine.
